Usual Sunday cooking @ cousin Matt's house

Since I moved out to Colorado 4 years ago....Sunday's have ALWAYS been fun...Summer time especially. Farmer's markets and shopping @ The Flea Market. What else can you ask for?
Yesterday after a long day of building Matt and I cooked up a GREAT Southwestern meal.
A gentleman knocked on Matt's door and sold us a basket of veggies for $20 so we started with Salsa & Chips....a little Sunshine Beer
We then prepared Chicken Fajitas and Stuffed Peppers wrapped in BACON.
Matt was the Chef and I was his Sou Chef......He's great in the Kitchen and I let him run the show...

Dinner was a huge success and nobody left hungry....Marc and Chelsea came over to eat and enjoyed it all...

Can't wait for NEXT Sunday.....

    How fun! We wrap the bacon over the top of the pepper and then around it when we grill them. MY FAVORITE. Everything looks delicious :)
